Chuck Prow is an accomplished CEO and Board Member with more than 35 years of experience in the professional services industry. Most recently he served as President, CEO and Board Member of V2X (VVX: NYSE, (V2X ) from 2016 to 2024. V2X is a leading global services company providing base operations, aircraft maintenance, supply chain, training, and IT-related services to the US national security market. During his tenure, the company and the industry were transformed through the application of technology-centric operations and processes. V2X is a global company with more than fifty percent of its revenue generated outside of the continental US and grew to be the largest services provider to the US DOD in the CENTCOM and INDOPACOM regions. Under his leadership, the company’s market capitalization increased ~ 5 times, revenue increased ~4 times to more than $4B, the employee base grew more than 3 times to ~ 16,000 service professionals, and EBITDA grew from $45M in 2016 and closed 2023 with adjusted EBITDA of $294M. Prior to joining V2X Mr. Prow served in multiple roles with IBM, including General Manager of the Global Government Industry (2012-2015) with global revenues exceeding $9 billion and General Manager of the US Public Sector (2008-2012) services business with revenues in excess of $2 billion. While at IBM, he was successful in creating market differentiation through the integration of IBM’s technology and service competencies.
