Evan ScottEvan Scott, CEO

Evan Scott is the CEO of ESGI Potomac Recruiting. Prior to establishing ESGI in 2000, Mr. Scott was the Senior Partner with a retainer-based executive search firm with HQ in Philadelphia. When Mr. Scott sold his shares in that firm, the company was listed as the 23rd largest search firm in the country. ESGI Potomac Recruiting specializes in working with Fortune 1-100 companies, venture capital and private equity firms. The practice he oversees works in the commercial sector both nationally and globally. 

 

Mr. Scott’s mission at ESGI Potomac Recruiting was to bring personalized attention and sophisticated executive search experience to the federal contracting community. He ensures that ESGI Potomac Recruiting approaches each engagement as a strategic partnership. Searches are handled exclusively by expert search professionals who drive all assignments from beginning to end. Mr. Scott is a graduate of Philadelphia University with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing.

Jenessa Hoffman, President

Jenessa Hoffman is the President of ESGI Potomac Recruiting and oversees the Company’s Executive Search practice. In this role, she leverages her C-Suite search expertise and expansive industry knowledge and network to assist her clients in identifying and developing the leadership talent required to successfully compete in this dynamic and complex market.

Ms. Hoffman also has an extensive commitment to pro-bono work to including experience successfully placing C-Suite Executives with mission-focused organizations, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Hope for the Warriors. She is an expert at assisting companies across multiple industries worldwide in finding the right leadership an organization needs. She has successfully placed over 300 executives in C Suite roles throughout her career and has a 98% rate of retention of all of her placements for 36 months or more post-hire. Bobby Spear, Senior Executive Recruiter

Bobby Spear has  over 30 years experience in recruiting and management across the public sector. Prior to joining ESGI Potomac Recruiting over a decade ago Bobby retired from his career managing and overseeing the planning and execution of Logistic Operations, Office Operations, and Security Operations for the US Secret Service.  He also retired after a long career in the Air National Guard.
