Mary Culbreath joined the ESGI team in January 2009 as a part-time Executive Research Associate with a background in all aspects of the Human Resources discipline.

Mrs. Culbreath is a highly motivated, pro-active and seasoned Human Resources Professional with senior level generalist experience in directing all human resources initiatives. Possessing proficient computer skills, she is an insightful team player with exceptional interpersonal skills that thrives on challenges requiring creative, innovative solutions and flexibility.

In addition to her extensive background in Human Resources, she has experience in coaching individuals through the career transition process including resume development, interviewing skills, negotiating skills, networking skills, and self-marketing.

Mrs. Culbreath holds a bachelors degree in Human Resources from Ursinus College and earned her certification as a Professional in Human Resources. She is a member of SHRM and serves as an associate on the Compensation and Benefits Committee with the GVFHRA.
