Dani De Leo, Managing Director

Dani De Leo, a Managing Director of ESGI, has a wealth of executive recruitment experience. Her expertise is in the emerging technology space with emphasis in software related services. Since joining ESGI in February 2000, Ms. De Leo has successfully completed many engagements, including CEO and vice president-level sales and marketing searches. Her clients include leaders in CRM, e-learning and testing, and the authentication software space.

Previously, Ms. De Leo was a Senior Consultant managing the Information Technology practice for TalentPoint Inc. She was instrumental in initiating this practice while also managing numerous key accounts. She specialized in senior-level information technology positions for numerous public and private companies. While at TalentPoint, Ms. De Leo also recruited several Chief Technology Officers. She was then retained to grow and reorganize their IT staffs while they implemented new systems. Some of these projects entailed quadrupling the size of the departments.

Prior to TalentPoint, Ms. De Leo spent five years with Lockheed Martin managing internal accounts and recruiting for the Integration and Implementation Division. She was responsible for recruiting project managers and engineers as well as hiring outside consulting agencies to complete special assignments.

Ms. De Leo holds a dual bachelors degree from Miami University of Ohio. She is a member of the Eastern Technology Council.
